Shipping & Returns
BYND 4x4 takes pride in everything we do and believe we deliver the highest quality off-road performance products on the market. However, if you find that you are dissatisfied with one of our products, for any reason, please read and use the following information.
Once an order has been submitted, the shipping address associated with that order cannot be altered or amended. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Any discrepancies or inaccuracies in the shipping address may result in delivery delays or non-delivery.
RETURN POLICY
At BYND4x4, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your camper at the time of installation, we offer a full refund. To be eligible for a return, you must attend your installation day in person and inspect the product firsthand. If, after seeing the camper, you are not completely satisfied, you can return it on the spot for a full refund. Please note that this return policy only applies if you are present at the installation and the product has not been fully installed.
EXCEPTION ON RETURNS
Parts damaged due to improper installation or abuse, are not returnable, and we are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car, or other expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. All return orders can be charged a 10% Restocking Fee based on the condition the product is returned in.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders have a 15% cancellation fee (of the full retail price) of the item being canceled. For Group deals/Group Buys on web forums, all sales are final once your payment is received and you cannot cancel the order. Our coupon codes are always non stack-able meaning you can not receive two discounts on a single product. If for some reason there is a coding error and the site allows discounts to be stacked an Admin will cancel and refund the order.
Finishes
All products that are manufactured by BYND 4x4 are handled with the most thorough care from assembly to packaging. If items are damaged please see Shipping Claims.
Shipping Claims
BYND 4x4 is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during shipping. If a package appears to be damaged during shipping, the customer must notify the shipping driver or shipping facility immediately before opening to start a claim. Any undeliverable or refused shipments will incur "Return to Sender" fees, unless refused due to damage during shipment. Any storage fees incurred by Freight Shipper must be covered by the customer. BYND 4x4 will not warranty any damages caused during shipping. Failure to notify the shipping company can result in a loss or recourse to the damaged items. BYND 4x4 is not responsible for any missing items that have been signed for by the purchaser or user. The purchaser or user must contact BYND 4x4 within 30 days of any shortages in shipping.
