2 Year Warranty

Vehicle Warranty: When ordering parts and accessories for vehicles still under the manufacturer's warranty, it is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to ensure that the warranty will not be adversely affected by the installation of these parts. If in doubt, please contact your local servicing dealership or the vehicle manufacturer before ordering. We cannot accept return requests for parts due to vehicle warranty issues.

Warranty Parts: 

We provide a 2 year warranty on all BYND 4x4 parts and workmanship. At BYND 4x4 we have built our business on personal service and a commitment to 100% satisfaction. BYND 4x4 offers no warranty on any manufactured parts that have been modified from their original design. A copy of the original purchase receipt is required for any warranty issues.

Warranty does not include reimbursement for shipping of the product to or from BYND 4x4.  and does not include the costs incurred during the down time of the vehicle or any incurred costs. 

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any parts that show evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer.

If during the 2 year warranty of your BYND 4x4 product, it becomes non-functioning or defective, we will make an effort to repair your gear, or if necessary, replace it.

We’re committed to minimizing our footprint. When possible we recommend repairing products that are damaged due to wear and tear. A few scuffs on your product show you’ve been putting it to good use. If something breaks or goes awry, don’t fret. We evaluate warranty claims on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of equipping you with safe, functioning gear ready for adventure.

When it comes to applying our warranty, BYND 4x4 reserves the right to use discretion. PLEASE NOTE This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

• Normal wear-and-tear, including damage that occurs due to normal aging of goods.
• Cosmetic wear unrelated to function or safety.
• Misuse Surpassing weight capacity limits.
• UV Damage 
• Accidents that are not caused by the integrity of the product, such scratches, dents, or cracks from your adventures.
• Altering the product to change the functionality, or not used for its intended purpose.
